Overview
Kairos is an open source Customer Data Platform designed to collect, unify, enrich, analyze, and activate customer data across the customer lifecycle.
It brings together the analytical side of a CDP with the activation side, so teams can move from raw data to customer understanding and then to action. Aletheia is the dashboard built on top of Kairos for exploring data, inspecting audiences, and working with the platform through a visual interface.
Kairos is intended to give teams a complete view of known and anonymous customers, support deeper analysis, and make it possible to act on customer data across channels.
